Who we are

New Nuclear Ltd is an MGA which will write Nuclear Insurance for power operators and other nuclear installations including universities and medical establishments. It is managed and operated by Helyx Global London Ltd which is a specialist provider of MGA services. The business is led by David Reeves who is the former CEO of Lime Syndicate Management Ltd and Barbican Insurance Group. The Underwriting activity will be led by Don Harrell who is an experienced underwriter in Lloyd’s and the London Market. The business will commence underwriting on January 1st 2026.
